As an artist, I use photography to navigate my surroundings in an ever-evolving relationship between myself, text, image and landscape. I am committed to providing young people with art-making experiences, which examine and promote their identities, as artists and global citizens.

It is through the visual documentation of the interaction with material and concept that the depth of my students’ understandings is eventually revealed.

My experience as an art educator has strengthened my commitment to provide young people and adult learners with the confidence, tools and language to make significant work and to understand their relationship to the world through art and design.
